TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE — THE SEED.BE

THE SEED.BE website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is an independent, non-profit Christian initiative dedicated to sharing the message of the Gospel and providing free spiritual resources to anyone seeking peace, faith or truth.

The Website is administered by the THE SEED team, based in Brussels, Belgium.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Website.

Access to the Website is unrestricted, free of charge and open to everyone.

THE SEED.BE reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in order to remain compliant with applicable laws and reflect the development of the project.

THE SEED.BE aims to:

  • Share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ;

  • Provide spiritual resources that are accessible to everyone, including texts, videos, guides, music and links;

  • Encourage prayer, faith and the sharing of God’s love;

  • Provide a QR code and simple tools to help people share the Gospel respectfully and compassionately.

The Website has no commercial purpose, does not sell any products or services, and does not request payment of any kind.

Users agree to use the Website in a spirit of respect, love and peace, in accordance with the Christian values on which it is founded.

  • Misuse the Website’s QR code, content or resources for commercial, political, ideological or sectarian purposes;

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website through hacking, unauthorised access, the distribution of viruses or any similar activity.

THE SEED.BE encourages the responsible and spiritually healthy use of all its tools.

The content available on the Website, including texts, PDF guides, visuals, videos, links and music, is provided either:

  • As original content created by THE SEED.BE;

  • As external resources belonging to their respective creators and shared in a spirit of unity and spiritual growth.

THE SEED.BE does not claim ownership of third-party content and undertakes to credit the source whenever it is known.

The reproduction, distribution or modification of the Website’s content is permitted solely for spiritual and non-commercial purposes, provided that users:

THE SEED.BE is a non-denominational, apolitical and altruistic platform.

It welcomes everyone without distinction, in a spirit of love and respect.

Its sole purpose is to honour God and share the love of Christ without judgement or religious pressure.

12. Governing Law

This Website is governed by Belgian and European law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

In the event of a dispute, and after attempts to reach an amicable resolution have failed, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
