Accessibility Commitment

THE SEED.BE is committed to making its site accessible to all users, without distinction of situation, condition or ability.
Our mission is to share God's light and love in an inclusive way, ensuring that everyone can read, listen to, and discover the Gospel message under the best possible conditions.

We firmly believe that every person matters, and that the Word of God is meant to be heard by all.

 

Compliance with RGAA / accessibility standards

The website THE SEED.BE aims to comply with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), in accordance with European Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

We are working to make all pages of the site:

 

  • accessible on computers, tablets and smartphones,

  • compatible with screen readers,

  • usable via keyboard

  • legible with good visual contrast and appropriate typography.

 

Measures put in place

To ensure smooth and pleasant access for everyone, we have implemented:

 

  • a clear content structure (hierarchical headings, well-spaced text);

  • sufficient contrast between the text and the background;

  • alternative texts for important images;

  • a responsive design (adapted to all screens);

  • Simple and intuitive navigation, with few submenus.

  • Optimized loading speed for slow connections.

We also ensure that testimonial videos include subtitles or transcripts where possible.

 

Planned limitations and improvements

Despite our ongoing efforts, some areas of the site may still present accessibility challenges, including:

  • some videos embedded from YouTube (limited control over automatic subtitles);

  • some PDF files not yet tagged for screen readers;

  • There are some visual contrasts to improve on the background images.

We are working to correct these points gradually.
Any suggestion, comment or report of an accessibility problem is welcome.
